    A:  This rack cannot be used on a sloped ceiling.

      A:  Sure. The vertical posts are 2 pieces you'd put together to customize your available 21". The limitation would be that you couldn't go any smaller than the length of one piece. As long as the 48x48 is level, you're good.

        A:  No. The vertical supports are 90 degree steel angles. This will not allow rotation at the fastening point on the ceiling support steel angles. You could contact the manufacturer to see if special ceiling supports are available for a sloped ceiling as well as associated instructions.

        A:  On the product page, there is an Instruction/Assembly attachment. The manufacturer rack support rating for the different rack assemblies is listed based upon how it is installed as well as how the load should be distributed. For the 4 foot x 4 foot, the load rating is 300 pounds. This attachment is provided in the product box.

            Q:I purchased an 'Adjustible VersaRac' Ceiling Storage Model # 205003289 from Home Depot and it was delivered to my home awaiting to be installed. Please let me know if service can be performed or if further info is required. i If this request cannot be accepted by Home Depot I would welcome a recommendation for a possible alternative to do the installation Thanks,
