A:  The dimensions of the product are 23 L x 17.25 W x 8 D inches.

A:  Technically yes, but it would look a bit awkward. The inner dimensions of the bowl is 28x16" inches so there would be a very slight overhang on the sides and a shelf of copper on either ends.

A:  The living finish will take care of itself over time and use, but you can speed up the process by using a dish scouring pad, like the rough side of a dish sponge, on the discolored areas on the sink, then wash the sink with warm water and a soft cloth twice a day for two weeks. The copper will heal itself and darken up, blending together with the rest of the sink.

A:  Yes! It is very easily marred and discolored, do not purchase!

A:  I have had this sink In my Kitchen for almost 2 years. At does heal itself. It easy to keep up. Don't leave standing water in the sink. Use the copper polish available from Home depot. We LOVE, LOVE LOVE ours

A:  Copper is a soft metal and can get scratched from any harder materials, such as iron and steel, but any small scratches will get covered over by the living finish. No food item will permanently stain the sink, the living finish will always heal any discolored area with time and use. Hard water will not damage the sink, only leave limescale on the copper which can be removed by either a dish scouring pad or a bit of vinegar on a soft cloth. The warranty does not cover scratches or the finish once the sink is installed. Hope that helps!

A:  Great questions and concerns First, our copper sinks are designed to be used daily. Just like a pair of jeans, a leather jacket, or sturdy work boots, copper sinks will age and look better with time as the living finish changes color with time and use as the patina is worn off and heals back, but the finish will not be destroyed. Any discoloration on the sink will heal itself, darkening up and blending in with the rest of the sink. The limited lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects or shipping damage, you don't have to send in any special card or sign up, your sink is covered the moment you purchase it. A:  Im careful no scratches for me but i dont rub hard against the sink. I rinse all liquids immediately. But copper will darken its the property of copper. Patenia is a natural prosess with copper. So itll leave darkend areas. Using lemom juice will remove and all bright and shiney again

A:  It can be used as a drop in, it's just designed to be an under mount sink so the flange around the edge isn't designed to attach to the top of the counter.

A:  Hammered, but do not buy either one, it soon turns all different colors and requires lots of care!

A:  This is a hand hammered sink.

A:  Yes, we just did BUT make sure they don't hand sand the sides too much because the edge of the copper sink will be exposed. That is what happen to us. Tell them you want the granite to cover the surrounding edges by a 1/2" on all four sides!

A:  The Orwell is not designed as a drop in sink. The flanges are not designed to hold the working weight of the sink in a drop in style installation. We recommend the SK101-33AC Angelico for a large single basin drop in sink.
