      Q:This does not look charcoal on my computer, but more of a brown with a black edge...can anyone confirm that this truly is charcoal - I didn't see any comments about the color not being represented well, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks

        Q:I am considering purchasing a Toro Model # 20339 $339.00 on-line and having it delivered to my home here in Edmond about 2 miles from your store on Broadway. My question is when it arrives will it be ready to mow my yard (except for gas) or will it require assembly and oil be added? Does oil come with it?

            Q:The site lists "Color/Finish: Charcoal / Charcoal" and "Color/Finish: Charcoal". The swatches and pictures among them don't seem to show any specific differences. Are these really two different color ways or did someone mess up on the website?

              Q:I then ordered the 8X10 and am not pleased. It is rough on my feet, the weave is not the same as the runner and there is no padding. Was this just a fluke or are all of the 8x10s a lesser quality? If so I would like to return the 8X10.
