Answer This Question

A:  Thanks for reaching out Ree! Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Door Paint is ideal for use on metal, wood and fiberglass doors. While Door Paint can be used, depending on how warm it is, it may dry quickly. Another great choice would be Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Protective Enamel, this is an excellent choice for painting metal screen doors. Prior to application wire brush or use sandpaper to remove any loose or peeling paint. Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt and chemical contaminants by washing the surface with a commercial detergent or other suitable cleaning method. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to fully dry. All surfaces must be dry at time of application. https://www.homedepot.com/s/rustoleum%2520stops%2520rust%2520quarts?NCNI-5 - Rust-Oleum Product Support 6

Q:How do I apply the manufacturer warranty of a full refund if I'm unsatisfied. DO NOT USE THIS PAINT. I sanded and primed my front door, bought all of the recommended tools to apply and my wooden front door was absolutely destroyed. I need to strip it, sand it, and re-paint with something else. This ran horribly, dried so quickly that it looks totally uneven with air bubbles.
