Q:Can the white chalkboard craft paint be tinted to match a wall color?

A:  Happy to help further, Ellie. The Rust-Oleum Specialty Chalkboard Paint can be tinted to 12 colors. We are unable to recommend any custom tinting/matching, as this may impact the performance of the product. Generally, if you add too much colorant, you can have drying issues.             A:  Depends on the surface you’d like. I used a regular paint brush and it turned out great. I’ve also used a regular paint roller as well.

              A:  Yes, it can be used outdoors, but it will be less durable especially in inclimate weather. for the sheet metal, I would apply an oil based primer first.

              A:  Yes! I used it on a playhouse wall and it has held up very well over two years now. This stuff is very resilient. In fact when I want to clean it off I use a large sponge with dish and the garden hose. Have fun!

                Q:Can we use liquid chalk marker on this? We are trying to avoid traditional chalk to avoid the dust. Also, if we can use liquid chalk is it easy to erase/remove?

                  A:  Yes, you can use liquid chalk on this chalkboard paint. My wife uses it all the time. It comes off easily with a wet towel.
