Q:Have been looking into a Multi tool, but the tool itself is expensive and then need to purchase the additional cutting heads. It was explained to me that this tool is far neater/less mess than just using
a reciprocating saw. Will use that saw after to cut the studs.
I am trying to open up a 8' passthrough in my kitchen/living room wall neatly.

A: RotoZip offers the XB-TC1 tile bit or XB-DC1 duracut bit designed for cutting plaster. The SC4 sabercut wood bit is not the correct bit to use on plaster.
