A:  Yes, the clips are heavy enough to grip the drapery panel just perfectly. The clips have an antique bronze finish.

A:  Hi, These clips are very light, and they come in either Antique Brass, or Cocoa, as close to bronze as we can get. Thanks!

A:  Just the end tips have about 6 "teeth" on each side of the clip. It probably would do ok with a light fabric if you didn't pull on it much, but it might tear a delicate fabric. Mine are hung on a med weight room darkening 96x37 panel and do just great - no rips or tears - with constant opening and closing the curtain by grasping the panel itself.
