A:  ROBERTS® 6700 is a solvent-free adhesive designed for the exterior or interior installation of indoor/outdoor carpet. Always follow the carpet manufacturers specific install guidelines.

A:  Roberts 6700 I/O adhesive can be used over the following Substrates: Concrete, APA rated marine grade plywood. fiberglass and aluminum substrate can be used when the surface is cleaned and abraded to promote bonding.

A:  Open Time: Up to 30 minutes Working Time: Up to 60 minutes - The amount of time in which you have to place the flooring will vary with temperature and humidity. Cure Time: 24-48 hours - High temperature and low humidity will cause the adhesive to cure faster.

A:  Yes. Roberts 6700 latex based adhesive can be used to install outdoor carpet in dry 50 degree F weather. If the temperature falls below 50 during installation the cure process will slow down and take much longer. It is recommended to install in warmer weather for best results,

A:  No. Roberts 6700 is a migrating adhesive and is not recommended for use over a painted (sealer/ membrane applied) surface.
