Q:My edger is making an occasional terrible noise. The blade is not hitting anything nor is it loose. I think it?s coming from the motor. When turning the blade by hand, occasionally, it seems to get stuck. Where is there a service center?

    Q:My ONE+ 18V 9 in. Cordless Battery Edger won't start. Needless to say the battery has a full charge. I bought the edger a year ago, but don't have the receipt and I also don't believe I registered the product.

                                  Q:I just received yesterday my ONE+ 18V 9 in. Cordless Battery Edger with 2.0 Ah Battery and Charger. After fulling charging the battery (green led lit), I was edging along my curb with it. The battery lasted less than 10 minutes. Why?
