Q:Does Roberts recommend sealing the roller to protect it from rust? If yes, with what product? Having seen how damaged some of the rental rollers look, I'd like to make sure I keep this roller in great shape right from the start and would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

A: Are you talking about the roller or the flooring? You should use the roller on a dry surface; I imagine it would rust.

A: roller sections total 15 3/4 inches and total outside dimension of unit is 17 3/8 inches.

A: There are three rollers. Total width of the rollers is approximately 16". Each separate roller is 5" wide with a 1/2" space between them.
