A:  No, you could go to your local Sheet Metal shop and get them to fabricate some, or buy some of the plastic that's used in making preformed gun and knife holsters (it's very simple to use a heat gun and bend the shape you want)

A:  Yes, but it is of little value. You have to pay for shipment to/from which is as much as the cost. These are very ruggedly built and there is little that can go wrong unless you abuse them heavily which wouldn’t be covered anyway. I have had a half dozen of these for almost ten years. Used them heavily in trade shows and various projects with a lot of travel across country. No problems so far.

A:  Not to my knowledge. Only the power and hand held tools are covered beyond purchase.

A:  RIGID PRO ORGANIZER has a limited lifetime warranty for defects in materials or poor workmanship only. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use.

A:  I know of no warranty, because I've had mine (my set of 3) for 5 years w/ absolutely no problems. This set is 10x's better than the other 2 sets of rolling toolboxes- a High Quality soft rubber gasket, High Impact plastic construction - it is the best tool box line I've owned in my 40+ years of Custom Woodworking

A:  not from RIDGID, you can easily make your own (expanding foam w/ plastic wrap on top of a layer of foam works well)

A:  I don't believe so. If you want foam, I would suggest buying some heavy weight foam (the black stuff) and cutting your own design for your tools. I use an electric carving knife.

A:  definitely. I have several pieces that I use in varied combinations depending on my projects. The crates are great catch alls for odd sized items with good stacking potential. Just waiting for the boxes with preformed internals for my drill components.

A:  Yes you can. Actually, you can secure up to 2 to 3 of the Pro Organizer Black boxes securely to to bottom module before you would be attaching too many of the organizers together. I have all 3 of the original Pro Storage totes attached to each other along with the Rigid Pro Parts Organizer giving me a total of 4 Total Pro Organizer totes all together
