A:  Yes you can connect multiples.  I have six connected with a 90 degree shaped nozzle tip section duct taped on to the multiple extensions to prevent unwanted disconnection and this allows me to clean/vacuum out my second story gutters from the ground.

A:  Hello Bran in Van, Thank you for your inquiry about our products. We only have 2 hoses available for RIDGID wet/dry vacuums. The hoses sizes we have ae 1 7/8" and 2 1/2". However, the inlet sizes of the vacuum where the hose attaches to have changed. If the vacuum model you have is an older model vacuum it may need the additional adapter in order for the new hoses to work with your vacuum older vacuum. A:  Hello Eric 7775216, Thank you for your inquiry about our products. The WD40801 comes with a 1 7/8" hose. You may purchase the same hose which is the VT1720 and connect it to the hose that came with your vacuum to extend the reach of the hose. The total reach it will provide is 14". However, the connection between the 2 hose is only friction fit, please do not pull the vacuum by the hose to prevent the 2 hose disconnecting from each other.
