A:  I cannot answer directly; I do not have access to a watt meter, and the unit data plate only gives rated voltage and current (115 VAC, 4.7 amps). If middle-school-age electrical equation is applied, running watts would be 115 x 4.7 = 540.5 watts. Startup wattage is slightly higher (lights on same circuit dim a little, and briefly, on startup), but not known precisely.

A:  yes - it can be set for 35% to 85% relative humidity, in 5% increments, or for continuous operation, in which case it will run continuously, until 1) the water tank is fill, 2) the unit is turned off by the owner/operator, or 3) there is a power interuption or unit failure.

A:  Yes! It keeps our basement which is finished dry and keeps it smelling good too (not like a basement). Plus in summer we use water for our plants & birdbath. We have it draini g outside i to a bucket. It is a great dehumidifier.

A:  We are using the dehumidifier in the basement with a hose going into a floor drain. Works extremely well!

A:  No hose is provided, it is a small adaptor that is provided to connect to a hose that you buy

A:  It is not too loud. We have it in the basement. However you would hear it if it were on the main floor. It does a great job.

A:  It is rather loud - I close the door to the side of the basement in which it is running. It also does not seem to shut down although the room does not seem humid.

A:  We have ours in our finished basement. It is placed in a hallway so not directly in Family Room. On a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the loudest when running, I would give this a 5.5.

A:  medium; I can go to sleep if it's running at a fair distance from the bedroom, but not if it's in the same room, and it would be hard to carry on a phone conversation if you're standing right next to it. I've had mine for almost 9 months; count me a satisfied customer.
