A:  Yes. Buy the Phillips Dusk to Dawn light bulb (Model 405852). Turn the light switch on and leave it on. As long as the switch is on, the light will automatically turn off and on at dusk and dawn.

A:  If the pole already has a photo electric sensor (mine did), the answer is yes. Just follow the same wiring scheme.
