A:  Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. These handles are reversible and should be assembled as per desired handing prior to installation. Kindly refer to the attached photograph showing both handings. Handle set ships unassembled.

A:  This item includes only what is pictured... Search for item no. E-2703 in homedepot.com which is the latch lever only. For the internal mortise lock, you'll have to match your existing lock if possible. There are about four main features you'll want to match. For this, search for item no. E-2014 and click on the "More Views" button beneath the photo. There you will find a line drawing showing product dimensions and features that must be matched to ensure an exact fit. For example: 1) Confirm distance of mounting holes are the same as the old lock, or match the hole spacing on the mounting surface. 2) Verify if the keyway stands vertical, or if it’s slanted at a 45 degree angle. 3) Measure and match the height of the face plate. 4) Verify if the face plate ends should be rounded or square. 5) Another area to match would be the back corners of the mortise lock… are they square or clipped corners?
