Q:Is there a flat area at the bottom of the tub? What are those dimensions (L x W)? Or does the tub come to a point? Can I get a square nosed shovel in the bottom to dig out dirt? None of the pictures show a top view to help answer this question.

A:  There is a flat area at bottom and a square shovel works well to get dirt out. I used the cart to make my potting soil with several different ingredients

    Q:I have read where the tires pop off the rim or the tube blows out on the cub cart. Does this happen because of excessive heat during the summer, too much weight or not enough air in the tires? What is the root cause?

    A:  We have had our cart for 3-4 yrs, and have not had that problem. I would think that too much weight and low air pressure would contribute to the cause.

            A:  This is a hand cart, not a trailer. It does not come with a bar for towing.

              A:  Yes. It needs to pump in air once a year.

                A:  We purchased a smaller POLAR cart after purchasing the larger POLAR due to it's incredible stability and ease of use (2 yrs ago). The larger one is for use in the barn to haul hay bales from the barn to outside feeders ... and, or equipment needed. The smaller one is used for yard work to haul rocks, debris etc. We continue to be very pleased with both and have experienced NO issues with the tires going flat and, or requiring maintenance. Have purchased other carts in the past that turned out to be of inferior quality...these are a great buy! Additionally we have a wide variety of wheeled items large and small on the farm..these are a good choice for a variety of uses..even hauling lots of groceries from the car to the house.

                    A:  After less than a year of use, I had a tire not just go flat, but completely rip off the wheel. The load I was moving was nowhere near the max weight/capacity, really disappointing. Overall decent cart, but now I'm trying to find replacement wheels somewhere.
