A:  You can use furniture pads. Or cut up a properly sized rubber hose and slip it over the feet.

A:  No there's no feet protectors. We use a rubber matt.

A:  I have this rack and no there's no protection pads on the feer. But you can get some to put on the feet.

A:  Pam, If you are putting it in a sheltered area, yes it could be used outdoors. Otherwise, I would not do so. The canvas sling will mildew, or rot if it gets wet. And, though the metal rack is painted, I would expect it to rust over a rather short period of time. Pat

A:  I think China. I have used my wood rack for 2 years and has held up very good. Still looks like new. It's worth the perches.

A:  It ships in a box. I think it said what it was. I cant remember, I recycled the box already

A:  I ordered mine last year so I'm not really sure, but I believe it did. I'm very happy with mine and I'm sure you person will like it.

A:  Yes, it has the picture right on the box.

A:  Not sure, sent this to my son in Colorado. He and his wife love it, did not say anything about the box showing what was in it. I would recommend buying it though. Bought it last year for them, still looks great.

A:  I just called their customer support. They do not carry replacemant parts for this product. You must order an entire new rack. I think this is poor product support. The metal rack can last for years but the canvas bag is what wears out with use!
