    A:  This door comes with a gravity hinge hardware set for installation. This would be everything you need to install the double door unit into your finished opening. This hardware allows the doors to swing back and forth as well as being able to "lock" the doors in the open position if you would need that to give easy access to the room. Hope this helps!

      A:  This door fits openings 36 wide. Your hall way is to big for a stock size but you could go to The Home Depot an order a custom size.

          A:  The Pinecroft 32"x42" Royal Orleans Cafe door is made to fit into a finished opening doorway width of 32" using the included mounting hardware. Pease check with your local store about ordering a custom size for the Cafe door. We do not offer installation but your local store might be able to recommend a licensed installation professional.
