A:  The 72" Seabrooke unit will not fit your 70" opening. The Seabrooke doors are available in 48", 60", 64" and 72" widths for a double door application. We do not offer the doors in custom sizes.

A:  Each panel is 14 3/4" to allow for the hinges and clearances. The doors are manufactured for a finished opening of 30".

A:  You can purchase two of the 32" x 80" units to cover your 64"x 80 1/2". The doors will fit a finished opening height between 80"-81". The doors can be adjusted up or down by adjusting the bottom pivot.

A:  The bifold doors are PVC vinyl and can be used outdoors. The top track is coated metal but may rust depending on the climate conditions.

A:  The door height is downsized to accommodate for the top track, bottom L bracket and floor clearance. The door can be adjusted up or down by adjusting the bottom pivot. The actual panel height is 78 3/4".

A:  The 48 in. x 80 in. consist of two 24" x 80 in. doors to fill a 48" width. They cannot be used in a 96" width.
