A:  Yes, the Seabrooke PVC Bifold Door comes with the top track, handle and mounting hardware needed to install the door. Hope that helps!

A:  The Seabrook door is only available in (4) stock size doors of (2) panels per unit. 24" wide; 30" wide; 32" wide and 36" wide. On the website, when it says 48", you would receive (2) 24" units to fill the 48" opening. (this is (4) 12" panels). We do not offer custom sizes for this PVC Vinyl Bi-Fold Door.

A:  The Seabrooke 48x80 Raised Panel Double door PVC Bifold utilizes two 24x80 bifold doors that meet in the middle when installed and fit into a finished opening size of 48" w x 80" h. The door width and height cannot be altered.

A:  This door would be to long for your height. And these PVC bifold doors are not trimmable.

A:  The door cannot be cut down as it is a hollow PVC door.

A:  If you purchased the 64 x 80 doors (or two 32" doors), your opening will need to be 64" wide. You're opening is 1/4" smaller, so the door will not work.

A:  This door is made out of PVC vinyl and cannot be trimmed.

A:  If 32" wide x 80" high is your exact finished opening measurements, then that is the size you would order. The doors are not true to measurement as we make all the allowances necessary for the top track, pivot, hinging, clearance at floor level and open and close. This ensures the door will fit right into that size finished opening. Hope this helps!
