A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any incovience but we only have select lengths of 48", 64" and 72" available. In this case a 64" would work just fine for a 61" measured inside window length. It will have those 3" extra sitting at the bottom.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any incovience but unforuantely the shade come in selected lengths of 48", 64" and 72" and cannot be cut shorter or longer than these length. The width come in every 1/2" increment from 20"-72".

A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any incovience but unforunately this particular shade does not have an 18.5 width. We do have a Cut-to-Width White Cordless Light Filtering Eco Polyester Honeycomb Cellular Shade 18.5 in. W x 48 in. L available if you're interested.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. For an oustide mount we recommend going 4" to 6" longer to cover the window opening better. In this case a 22"-24" would be the width ordered.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. For an inside mount you measure end to end horizontally on the inside of the window opening and deduct 1/2 inch from measured size and that will be the width ordered. For an outside mount you measure edge to edge on the outside of the window opening and add 6 inches for the width size ordered. The length is just a measure of top to bottom.
