A:  HI, Tee1. I reached out to the manufacturer's team for the answers to your questions and was advised that: This is not a comfort height toilet. There have been no reports of constant clogging. The bowl is not 16". This is a water conserving toilet that only uses 1.6 GPF & if you purchased, you could only be adjust the amount of water by just a little bit by fixing the float to give a little more water. Many people are used to the standard 3.0 GPF toilets & getting used to a 1.6 GPF toilet can take some adjustment. Thanks for reaching out!

A:  Yes, this is a comfortable height toilet. I have had it installed for about 2 months, have never had trouble with clogging. Sometimes if there is a lot of toilet paper, I might flush twice, but it doesn't really need it.

A:  Jo, if your toilet waste line is 12" (center of the waste line) from the back wall, the toilet (round seat) will be 27" form the back wall. the tank itself is only 17" wide so it should install just fine. Stever
