A:  Hello, thank you for your question. You only need to pre-drill the panel itself, not the closure strip or the wood framing

            Answer This Question

A:  We always recommend crown fastening of the panels rather than valley fastening. In order to do this properly a closure strip should be utilized and is required for warranty purposes.

              Answer This Question

A:  The closures are typically held in place by the fasteners which pass through both the panel and the closure (they can also be tacked down to the framing to hold them in place if needed while installing the panels). We typically do not recommend painting our panels but if you wish to do so choose a paint formulated to work with pvc and follow the paint manufacturers instructions. Keep in mind that painting a PVC panel can adversely affect the panel if it causes significant heat to build up.

                Answer This Question

A:  Not that I can see on the site. However, since they will be covered by the plastic sheets, a $5.00 can of white spray paint will work pretty easily.
