Q:where do I get this tool, has been out of stock for over six months

A:  It appears that Simpson no longer makes the anchors associated with this driver. If you know some one who is a welder, it would be easy to make this driver. I had ordered a bunch of the anchors associated with this driver, and they did not work out here in our area of Yuma (far too many rocks). I also bought a Chinese electric pile driver and used that to try out the anchors. I ended up giving them all, including the tooling, to my son in San Diego.

    Q:Why doesn't this work? Getting the cap on is impossible. Unless problem is low quality sleeve damaged during install.
