      A:  O rings came with the unit. If memory serves the O-ring was not in the sprayer, but located on a plastic tie attached to the outside wrapper

      A:  It should bring one but they fall off, just grab one from another nozzle if you don't see one in it, all nozzle use same type of washer.

              A:  Assuming you have an outside faucet, it takes less than 10 minutes. Other sprayers are cheaper that do the same thing. Just because it cost more doesn't mean its better.

              A:  It worked great for about 8 months and then it began to leak like most nozzles. Sorry but I was disappointed.

                        A:  Only if they are startled. I would aim for the pupil. This will throw the hands towards the eyes increasing the chance of falling off the bike.

                          A:  Yes, this can be used to spray water to a second story height.

                            A:  It will reach the second floor, but it may not have enough force to knock the nest down. Even it it does, blasting with them with plain water is likely to make them very angry - and not much else. You might consider picking up a can of wasp spray along with a Spectracide Reach and Spray gadget ($20 at Home Depot) attached to an extension pole. You can attach it to a threaded broom handle if it gets you close enough. That would allow you to position the spray can near the nest and actually kill the little buggers.
