A: Tom, the phrase "righty-tighty, lefty-loosey" applies here: clockwise rotation of the screw will tighten/lessen the spray distance, while counter-clockwise rotation will allow for greater spray distance. A: I used 1/2" cpvc, but if you want more volume you could use 3/4". You would just need to reduce down to a 1/2" pipe fitting at the sprinkler head.

A: The exact fitting will depend on what kind of pipe or riser you choose to use, but this sprinkler will connect to a 1/2" male-threaded fitting/riser. A: Carl, the brass nozzles have a 12 foot radius, so the water will spray 12 feet from the sprinkler head in all directions (24 foot diameter).

Answer This Question
A: They are adjustable for a couple feet either way by turning the screw on top of the nozzle. Maybe a couple feet either direction is all you're going to get though.

A: You can. You will just want to make sure that the threaded fitting you're attaching to is the same as the threaded size of the sprinkler.
