A:  Hey Bobby, this thing is made to be glued to ceramic and porcellain tiles so it should probably do just as well on the rubber material although I'm not sure how you're applying it because it's probably rated for an average person's weight in terms of strength of the adhesive.. you might want to find out what type of glue it is and look up whether it will work on EPMD to make sure though.

A:  You need to make sure you find the stud in the wall there always 12 inches apart from each other and drill into it otherwise use butterfly screws for support..

A:  This is the worst idea for a fiberglass shower. Think about it for 1 second. So your sticking a bar to a wall that flexes. So you have a grab bar that is able to move when your needing something solid.

A:  Yes. That's where mine are mounted. Just be sure sure the surface is clean and free from any film from soap or cleaner residue.

A:  It may stick if you ruffled up the surface but fiberglass is to flimsy, should be mounted to stud with bolts in my opinion..

A:  Dear Sir,   I installed on a slate tile.  I avoided the grout line so I would have a solid connection.  With 2" moziac tile you could be close.  The product has performed well.  We are happy with it.  No drilling just follow the instructions for the glue and it works.   Good luck!!

A:  The mosaic tiles can be ceramic, porcelain, glass, natural stone and even metal or mirror. We would not recommend if it is inside the shower as it is best to avoid grout in wet applications.

A:  having used this item in my home, i can say it did not work on my 2" sq. tile in the shower.

A:  Yes I think 2 inches is enough but make sure you center the glue area on both ends if you land on a grout line it may not hold
