A:  Sorry can’t help. I use it to tint body filler rather than cement, see https://www.hometalk.com/34340531/using-and-tinting-auto-body-filler-for-wood-repair. I doubt it will color existing concrete, because it is a power that would just wash away, unless you want to try and cover it with a sealer or top coat but totally uncharted territory.

A:  This product is to be added to the cement mixture prior to pouring the cement, it is not for tinting cement after it has setup. Mike
