A:  It's a 6 inch hose . The vent window kit is terrible and lacks quality that it needs. They give you nothing to help install as tape backed adhesive foam or anything else. I bought another a/c portable unit made by Toshiba and is smaller unit but actually does come with everything you need and fits in the window much tighter. I hope this will help you. Personally I'd go with the Toshiba brand myself

A:  Without measuring them you get three. Two are longer at roughly 12 inches each and there's a thing one that the hose vent goes into is roughly 10 inches. You can slide them to create one long piece or move them around length wise as needed. It's made out of a hard plastic and a hack saw will cut through it with no problem. The kit kind of irratated me as there was nothing on the bent kit to secure it to your window sash or sill.I had to buy double sided tape and foam insulation with adhesive backing to seal the window airtight as the send nothing!

A:  It's not bad. Three levels are available. High is sufficient enough to push air atleast 15 feet and that's a modest guess. It blows air from the farthest end of my living room into the kitchen. But, sad to say I must have got a lemon. As on the third day of use it stopped blowing out cold air and I cannot hear or feel the compressor kicking on. Have to take it back tomorrow. What a bummer!
