Q:Where can I get hose washers (gaskets) for this hose? A standard 1"OD 5/8"ID fits loosely and does not seal properly because it is not held in place concentrically. It needs a 1 1/4" OD washer which is not sold anywhere.

Q:Attached hose to faucet, screwed on coupling as far as it will go, but water leaks out from underneath the black rubber piece below the coupling. How do I fix this or is it a defective hose?

A: This product was supposed to be an upgrade from a standard hose. It certainly cost more and it promised that it "never kinks"! But after using it for one week it already has a significant kink in it, to the point that it appears to have weakened the hose wall. Not worth the extra money.

A: I'm not the one to ask. Mine had two small holes in the side of the hose the first time using it after I just unpacked it. I took it back to HD
