A:  Unfortunately custom cut runners cannot be returned.

A:  The narrowest this is available in is 26" wide. You can get 8LF long; your quantity would be 8.

A:  This item is a pre-made 33" wide runner that we cut to any foot length you like. If you want a 20ft piece just add 20 to the quantity, We will serge the cut ends to match the sides. You can also go to your local Home Depot store and order the runner through the special order flooring department.

A:  Yes you can do 14 separate orders for 11" each but the pattern will not match on each piece; it is cut off continuously off a pre-made runner. We do have a stair tread that is 9" deep that would all match.

A:  You can order your runner with one end open & the other surged but we cannot connect the two runners for you.

A:  This product is made to be installed on floors so it does not damage floors. Every Home Depot Store is affiliated with an installer & they will be better to ask on how to install this product.
