A:  If you are looking for an aerator insert that sits in a faucet housing, a junior size is 18.20 mm. There are two available for purchase on HomeDepot.com. HomeDepot.com Internet SKU#203673065 is a 1.5 gpm, and Internet #303486738 is a 1.0 gpm. But if you have a hidden aerator that threads directly into your faucet spout, you may need a 18.5x1 mm Tiny Junior size. There is a 1.5 gpm that is Internet #203673053, and a 1.2 gpm that is Internet #311745014. Please see the photo of the dimensions on the product page for each of these items so you can check the size against your original aerator and confirm which model and size that you need.

A:  Have someone in the states purchase them and then ship them via USPS International with door to door service. I do it all the time when I need to send things to the Philippines.
