A:  There are ways to adjust the angle of the beam if the unit would light-which it never did properly for me.

A:  No it is not adjustable and where you position the light might effect it's sensitivity. So too far away from where you are trying to light might not work and too close might make the light go on more than necessary. You may have to reposition it after you first install it.

A:  Nope, they just work on motion and stay on about 30 seconds. I have the same problem. You can turn the light away from where you are and reposition it when you are done sitting on your deck. If the light is somewhat in a position you can reach.

A:  Hi there, THank you for reaching out. This unit can not be turned off. It contains a motion sensor that will turn on once motion is detected and an auto shut off of 20 seconds once motion is no longer present. We do offer a remote controlled spotlight on Home Depot website, which is the MB370/371. You have the ability to turn it on an off. I hope this helps! Best, Aliece

A:  Hi There, Thank you for reaching out. You do not have to remove the base of the light from where you placed it. You can twist the light and remove the frame and replace the batteries. It is very simple and will not require taking down the light entirely. I hope this helps! Best, Aliece

A:  Yes you do. My batteries lasted about a year give or take. I have it by a door inside my garage and go in and out at night at least once or twice a night for about a year. It all depends how much your light comes on for how long the battery will last.

A:  Our unit was totally defective so it wouldn’t light. I doubt the unit would balance properly ositting on a sill.

A:  The unit "senses" by detection of infrared radiation, and can't detect that thru glass; therefore, no it will not work thru a window.

A:  Daytime, No they will not. Each Mr Beams light has a built in light sensor that will prevent them from coming on during the daytime if there is too much ambient light nearby.

A:  Rebecca, All of our lights run off of Alkaline batteries. While there may be a way to make your light run off a solar panel, its not something we would know how to do nor recommend.

A:  Archie, Im not sure I understand what you mean. All of our lights immediately activate when motion is sensed.

A:  This light is perfect and Mr. Beans make a lot of different styles.

A:  Dan, In order to install the product on stucco wall, you will need to purchase additional mounting hardware from your local Home Depot. The screws that come with the Mr Beams Spotlight will not work.

A:  You need three holes for the mounting plate. It would depend on how rough the texturing is on your stucco. I wouldn’t recommend this unit!

A:  Hi Tris, Unfortunately, there is no one off switch for the spotlight. You will activate it anytime motion is sensed, and will stay on as long as you are in the area.
