He told me that you should call the person who installed your glass back flash tiles and find out also what kind of grout this person used to install your tiles. The store and the person who installed your tiles should be able to recommend a cleaner for your glass backflash tiles. This cleaner that you are inquiring about is only good for marble, porcelain, ceramic, and granite. It doesn’t say anything about using it for glass tiles. I wouldn’t take a chance. Good luck to you. A:  Simple answer:  yes.  I have a Shark Professional mop / duster.  It’s purple and grey if you’re looking at them.  I spread with one side—not turned on.  After 5 minutes (?), I turn on the mop option and “flip” the Shark.  It has a 360 degree flat mop.  It steams the tile.  (I spread the grout sealer across all tiled area.)
