            A:  if you own a die grinder , mark 3/16" outside the hole. put a rotary burr in your die grinder and enlarge the hole as needed.

                  A:  Yes, I used it on my 20 gauge sink to make a hole for drinking water faucet. I used 3-in-1 multi-purpose oil with it so it would not over heat. Worked well for me.

                      A:  YES! This took me all of 5 mins to do. I did stop a few times and sprayed some wd-40 as a precaution. I turned the torque all the way up on my drill and used moderate pressure but not full pressure and went at a slow speed. You can do this. I couldn’t find anyone to drill a hold for an air gap and had to attempt myself after completing I have no clue why someone wouldn’t do this when I was going to pay.

                        A:  The package actually has a picture of a stainless kitchen sink on it in the set of materials it's designed to cut through, so I would think so. I guess they really want us to know that it'll drill through everything AND the kitchen sink.
