A:  Hi Laila, I was able to contact the company by doing a google search. They sent out repair men 3 times before they replaced the fridge. The replacement fridge hasn't been much better. Overall this is a very poor product that shouldn't be offered for sale by Home Depot. Good luck

A:  I had a serious problem with the same refrigerator, and Home Depot put me in touch with a technical expert at Magic Chef. Knowing that I was mechanically inclined from our conversation he guided me through some troubleshooting steps. It was determined that the problem was most likely a faulty fan motor in the freezer compartment. I ordered the part and installed it myself. The refrigerator has worked perfectly ever since. A key consideration is to keep the temperature low enough to keep things frozen, but not so low as to allow excessive amounts of frost to build up. When the fan and motor become encased in ice the motor will burn out.

A:  I bought the Home Depot service plan I haven't had any issues with this product You could ask any appliance repair company or Google Magic Chef.. I bought this unit for my camper

A:  I bought this refrigerator for a vacation rental so I do use it personally. I can't imagine that a 12 pack wouldn't fit. If you take them out of the box there is 12 oz can holder on the door that holds about 5 cans. You shouldn't refrigerate the box anyway.

A:  In response to MCA Corporation's reply to my question.... I already called Home Depot and asked them that question... that's why I asked the question here on their website. It seems that no one can answer that question. Therefore I can only assume that it's nothing but a "bait and switch" tactic. An inexpensive price is advertised but that item is actually not available. The representatives of Home Depot then suggest a similar, but higher priced item that they actually do have for sale.
