A:  If it were the cartridge and it was loose it would be leaking. My guess is that the brass housing isn’t fastened to your countertop properly. Either set too high and the top but has bottomed out or the lower nut (under sink) was never tightened properly and has loosened from usage.

A:  If the item pictured is a genuine Moen M-PACT common valve system it is the proper valve for the T6620 faucet.
