CC Connection will work with the Moen Banbury Roman tub faucet. However, the Banbury Roman Tub faucet has the valve included in the box.         Q:Does this valve include an anti-scald valve, to prevent hot water temperature over 120 degrees? My plumbing inspector said that is the code in Michigan and if it doesn't, I need to add a valve onto the line going to the facet.

            Q:This product was installed in my bathroom three years ago. Now it is leaking. This is my first time to have the MOEN product problem. I would like to know if the problem can be fixed by DIY. Can you recommend a good article or video to fix the problem? If it's too hard to fix the problem by DIY, Can you recommend a reliable plumber?

            A:  Hello FLee and thank you for your interest in Moen products. If the tub spout installed with the 2-Handle 3-Hole Roman Tub Adjustable Rough-In Valve - 1/2 in. CC Connection model 4792 has a drip or there is a leak from the handles you can repair the fixture with new cartridges. If the handles rotate 180 degrees the cartridge number is 1248, if they rotate 90 degrees the part is number 1248. CC Connection can be installed either way; however, you can remove the red/blue stem extension to keep the hot/cold markings accurate.
