A:  Ordered and received March 29, 2024. The cord is a white light colored cloth string. Certainly not metal material as stated by Moen. Possibly Home Depot supplied me with a counterfeit replacement instead? No where on the box was Moen listed.

Wood blocking is preferable behind all wall surfaces. If wood blocking is not available, the following optional fasteners are suggested: Tile/Masonry – Plastic or Lead Anchors;Plaster/Drywall – Toggle Bolts.

A:  It can be mounted to any surface as long as you know what you are doing. Wood, cement block, tile...as long as you have the proper tools for the job you can mount it.

A:  Yes you will need to use a wall anchor or toggle bolts

A:  Yes. Mounting it is very easy if you use the adhesive backing. If you only hang a few pairs of underwear on the line, you should get away with using the adhesive backings. I chose the heavy-duty option of inserting anchors into the tile and securing it with screws so the terrific product would stop falling off the wall. We love it!

A:  Not sure. Don’t waste your money. It’s junk. Too fragile to hang clothes on. Ours broke! Waste of money!!
