    Q:I have a custom shower system its a standard setup 3 handle in wall valve cold, hot and diverter for tub spout and shower head. I have a handheld system that requires in wall plumbing. Can I use this diverter to add the handheld shower?

      Q:What other possible valve will this work with? The ones recommended are not in stock anywhere and Moen has discontinued them. This product was purchased already and is useless to me if there is no compatible valve.

          Q:Every other valve has a CC version as well as IPS version (one that has threads). Does this valve come in IPS version? If not, why? Thank you.

          A:  Hello Alemiss and thank you for your interest in the Moen 3372 Brass Rough-in 3-Function Transfer Shower Valve - 1/2 inch CC Connection. This valve is not currently offered with an IPS connection. We’ve found that most installations for this valve are done by plumbers that prefer the cc connection. Pex and CPVC can be used with the valve with the appropriate adapters. Should you have any additional questions, feel free to call us at 1-800-289-6636. CC Connection is not compatible with the Wynford T4502ORB Posi-Temp trim. You will need the Wynford T4511ORB Transfer valve trim with the 3372 Transfer valve.                   Q:We recently had this installed. When in tub position, water comes out the other two heads. When in shower heads, water comes out other shower head. What is the fix for this? We tried changing out the transfer cartridge valve and this did not solve the problem.

CC Connection is installed with a diverting tub spout you must use a twin ell model 128284 to diverter the water to the transfer valve.
