From 1986 through 1995, the limited lifetime warranty covered cartridge leaks and drips. Under the terms of this limited warranty, Moen Incorporated will provide cartridges and/or cartridge repair kits. All other aspects of the Moen product carried a two-year warranty. Moen faucets purchased after January 1, 1996, are covered under Moen's current limited lifetime warranty. If your Moen faucet develops a leak or drip during the warranty period, Moen will provide the parts necessary to return the faucet to working condition and replace any part or finish, which is defective in manufacturing workmanship, under normal installation, use and service. All Moen warranties apply to the original purchaser/homeowner; the warranty is non-transferable. The Moen warranty does not provide coverage for damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, neglect or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents. Moen Incorporated does not reimburse for replacement parts, faucet purchases or labor charges incurred during installation. The Consumer Services Contact Center is available to provide parts and remote technical assistance, which may prevent added consumer expense.

A:  Hello me and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Chateau Low-Arc Single-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet in Chrome applies a threaded aerator to the end of the spout. The increased audible volume could be caused by debris from the initial installation. I would suggest unthreading the aerator and flushing the spout to alleviate the symptom. This is measured from the top of the spot to the base of the faucet. A:  Hello Callie. Thank you so much for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Chateau kitchen faucet’s escutcheon plate is 10-1/4” x 2-1/4”. We were not able to find Moen 7505 in our system. Our standard faucets usually have the same size escutcheon plate. We can look into this for you, please call Moen directly.
