A: Holes are slotted & will fit any box or mount (house I put these on was built in 40's and it fit tiny boxes too). They offer a large opening in center, so light may be mounted flush with wall. I would have thought they'd include a foam gasket (for the high asking price) but it's not included.

A: The wall pack mounts to a standard 4" recessed J-Box with 2 screws provided with the product. There are multiple knock outs on the base of the fixture to use for mounting.
