Q:Product has been installed less than a year and now it doesnt come and work and when the switch is off it shows a very low beam.of light on the inner circle but when the switch is turned on no lights come on the inner or outer ring of lights. Whats the problem?

                A:  I would say that the light could go under a deck as long as it protected from water dripping or seeping through the deck. We mounted it in a covered ceiling at the front entrance of the house where dripping water is not a concern. Don't know if it is dimmable. I would contact the manufacturer on that or go to their website.

                  A:  It does not use a bulb, so you cannot replace it. The light is produced by many LEDs (light emitting diodes) that are part of an integrated circuit within the housing of the unit.

                    A:  Thank you for choosing Acuity Brands! This fixture does not have field-replaceable LED's. In the case of damage or defect, the entire fixture will need to be replaced. It does have a 5-year warranty, however.
