A:  Thanks for your question. Our Lifeproof planks can handle 500 psi. Extremely heavy weight on a small area can dent the planks so if you're concerned about it, you can use some sort of furniture disk/glider/etc. underneath the legs to help prevent it.

A:  Thanks for your question. Either product can be installed with the Lifeproof underlayment but it's not necessary. It will not affect the warranty either way. The wear layer is a negligible difference so the entire thickness of the planks is the same. A:  Thank you for your question- If the cork underlayment gets wet, it would be a good place for mold and mildew to grow.

A:  Thanks for your question. Our Lifeproof planks have a pre-attached underlayment and you are not required to use any additional under the planks. They can be installed directly on top of the subfloor. Over concrete, you can use a 6 mil poly as a moisture barrier or the Lifeproof underlayment but they are not required and will not affect the warranty either way.

A:  Thank you for your question- It is not required. Recommended in basements with concrete if prone to moisture or if there have been moisture issues.

A:  Thank you for your question- Unfortunately, this product doesn't come in the herringbone pattern. You can't install in a herringbone pattern either. Trail Oak does come in a chevon pattern, if you might be interested. Trail Oak Chevron 22mil I96713LC22.
