A:  Thanks for your question. It's fine to install our Lifeproof over existing tile as long as they're in good condition and follow the subfloor guidelines (flatness, moisture, etc.) If the grout lines are more than 1/4", they need to be filled in with a cement based floor leveler.

A:  Thanks for your question. We recommend a sharp utility knife. You'll need to score the top of the plank several times, snap the plank, and then cut the underlayment.
