Q:Tiller LF20212RT was used last year and went to be used it this year and all of the transmission oil leaked out. The one tine drive shaft seal cover got bent into the seal and damaged the seal and needs replaced. Some roots wound around the shaft. Parts?

Q:The engine surges radically but still tills. What could be causing this? I am in Colorado Springs at 6000 feet altitude.
Also, the gears are really difficult to shift and sometimes end-up between gears. Is there a solution or an adjustment?
