A:  I’m not sure why the other person answered that the doors aren’t that deep. The door on the right-hand side absolutely CAN fit a gallon milk jug and more as you can see in this photo.

A:  Hello there! Thank you for expressing interest in the LG Refrigerator model LHFS28XBS. The unit has a width of 35 3/4" (908 mm), measured from the left side to the right side, representing the outer wall. If your door width is 36", you can easily maneuver the model through the door sideways, as the depth of the unit is only 33 3/4" (without handles), and the handles are indeed removable. If the unit still doesn't fit through your door, you also have the option to remove the doors and re-install them once inside your home. A:  Hello there! To determine if the unit will fit through your front door, it's important to consider the width of the model and whether that measurement includes the handles. Typically, when measuring the width of an object like a model, the handles are not included in the measurement. The door handles on this LG refrigerator model LHFS28XBS are not pre-installed when it is delivered. The handles come separately and need to be installed by the delivery team after the refrigerator is brought into the home. -Junel

A:  Thank you for raising your concern regarding LG Refrigerator (LHFS28XBD) model. There are a few reasons why an LG refrigerator may beep with the door closed: •The door may not be fully closed or sealed properly, causing the door alarm to beep •Overfilling the refrigerator or door compartments can also prevent the door from closing properly •Issues with the door alarm or sensor may cause it to malfunction and beep continuously To troubleshoot, make sure the door is closed tightly and the gasket is clean, check that all shelves and drawers are assembled correctly, and remove any obstructions. If the beeping continues, contact a service technician. You can download its owner's manual through this link for more information: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-LHFS28XBD.ASBCNA0. ^Cris

                          Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for raising your concern regarding LG Washer (LHFS28XBD) model. Here's how to troubleshoot and fix the craft ice maker issue in your LG LHFS28XBD refrigerator: Check the power to the craft ice maker: Make sure the craft ice maker is turned on. Look for the indicator light on the control panel to verify activation. If the light is off, press the craft ice button to turn it on. Reset the craft ice maker: Turn off the power switch on the ice maker, then turn it back on to reset. This can clear any issues and restart the ice making process. Run the test mode: Press and hold the test button on the ice maker for 3 seconds to run through the ice making cycle. This can help identify any water supply, ice making, or harvesting problems. Check the ice bin position: Ensure the ice bin is correctly placed in the guides under the ice maker. Misalignment may cause the ice maker to think the bin is full. Inspect for obstructions: Check that the feeler arm on the ice maker moves freely and is not blocked. Also, look for ice or debris buildup that could hinder the ice maker's operation. Verify the water supply: Confirm the refrigerator is connected to a functional water source and the supply valve is fully open for the ice maker to work properly.
