A:  This is intended to be used as shelf liner, not as glass replacement.

    A:  Its not limited to a shelf liner. Would depend on strength of your infrared signal. I did something similar years ago to keep kids from banging on stereo.

                    Q:Is this flexible-can I bend it? Can it be cut with good scissors.?

                    A:  It is kind of flexible but you can't bend it to cut it or anything. You need to buy a special tool to cut it. It's inexpensive. You scrape the tool over and over in the place you want to cut it and then eventually it can be bent and it will snap in two. Very easy to do.
