A:  Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their answer is,Although, we cannot guarantee our product to be rat proof. The U bottom=is a good choice to seal the bottom of the door. We also recommend orderin= a saddle in addition to the U bottom Model # S636

              Q:I had a door seal installed by paid worker about 3weeks ago. My front door. Took a long time to install and was very tight, but could get the door open with pulling on it. Now it will not open. I think it was wrong size. Completely stuck.
