Q:I have this model and it's loosening. Where can I find instructions for removing the cover plates and tightening it?

Answer This Question
A: To tighten the lever, remove the interior lever by inserting the 3/32 Allen wrench in the hole on the lever's side to loosen the set and then slide it off the shaft. There's a tab on the side of the rose plate where you can wedge a flathead screwdriver between the rose plate and mounting plate to pop off the rose plate. Once you remove the rose plate, you'll find the mounting plate. Next, use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the rose plate.
